These are just some the knives we have accumulated as a family -
because as one after another they became blunt we bought another gradually growing to vast collection - even at times throwing the old odd one away . I suddenly realised you don't need to do this ! Knives are made of steel which can be endlessly re-sharpened. - you only need one of each type of knife -or just one knife even- as long as it is sharp!

Yes, serrated bread / steak knifes can be re-sharpened ...and when the serrations have been completely removed by sharpening, which will take a very very long time, we can then convert them to a ordinary knife so it can continue to be of use - almost nothing is ever wasted when you re-sharpen and refurbish....
